Your maximum heart rate is about 220 minus your age... target heart rate while exercising should be within 50 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate... must be the video carrying that accellerate the pulse

The Maffetone method tells me to hold my heart rate at or below 139 (180 - my age) during the base training period (6 month). In my case this means really, really slow running - you could easily walk in the same pace. Read about the Maffetone method here http://www.rrca.org/resources/articles/slowdown.html
