Your maximum heart rate is about 220 minus your age... target heart rate while exercising should be within 50 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate... must be the video carrying that accellerate the pulse

( started running a bit today too.. did not have the equipment to measure, but it sure felt above 140:-)
